Manchester and Liverpool Science Parks have collaborated on an ‘Innovation Pass’, a pilot hot desking scheme for tenants at both sites. The project gives users free access to hot desks and other facilities at sites in Liverpool, Manchester and Salford.

As part of the offer, LSP tenants can use free wifi, free parking, conferencing facilities and break-out areas at two of Manchester Science Parks’ four sites. In return, msp tenants can use LSP’s enterprise suite, break-out area, hire of the boardroom, conference facilities and wifi.
Lynne Barlow, Commercial Director at msp said, “Manchester and Livepool Science Parks share the same aims of helping our tenants to grow and encouraging cross sector collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for our tenants to extend their presence in the North West.”
Chris Musson, Chief Executive of Liverpool Science Park, added: “We at LSP are always keen to find additional ways to add value to our tenants’ businesses. With this is mind, we have joined forces with our opposite numbers down the M62 at Manchester Science Parks to trial a new hot desking initiative for our respective tenants.”
The Innovation Pass will further strengthen the relationship between Manchester and Liverpool Science Parks and their tenants, encouraging innovation, cross-sector and regional collaboration of knowledge-based businesses in these cities.
