msp offers flexible lease terms and a range of prices to suit your business, with tenants able to move easily within our accommodation portfolio.

Manchester Science Parks has a variety of business accommodation to suit any requirement. Office sizes range from 123 sq ft to 8725 sq ft and can accommodate from one to 100 employees.

A range of office services are available including secretarial services, copying, binding and laminating. Fully equipped conference rooms are available for hire by the hour. There is also a drop-in office which tenants can book free of charge and use as a quiet work space.

Business development support is also provided, including a free PR service, impartial advice and seminars on essential business topics.
