IT Support

msp has its own IT Manager and through his services all tenants are offered qualified desk side IT Support. We can also provide assistance in setting up phone and broadband services before you arrive as well as help with setting up a network and shared drive.

A number of companies based at msp can offer dedicated services such as hosting, bespoke software development, phone and broadband and extensive IT support on arrival.

There is an interactive service to help resolve any IT problems our tenants have, which works by reporting a fault on the msp intranet. Faults are acknowledged within one hour and support provided within just four working hours in order to get tenants back up and running as soon as possible.

Our comprehensive service includes fault analysis and resolution (e.g. computer crashes, network or printer problems or applications support) or small projects such as PC upgrades or software installation.

IT support also includes free membership of the msp IT Forum and free IT audits.

Hours covered are Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00, and are charged as follows:

£25 per hour, for a minimum 4 hours per month, on a contract of at least 3 months

Additional support can be provided at a charge of £30 per hour on a ‘best endeavours’ basis.
